Villa itself consists of one independent, spacious residence of 120 m2 in the first level (ground floor) consisted of spacious, luminous living – room which communicates with a comfortable  (and fully equipped) kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC, and accommodates comfortably 4 – and by agreement – up to six persons. From its large bright windows you can access view to all directions, nor the view through the windows seems like paintings, ready to embrace and inspire you, if you own the so called “artistic flair”! And, of course, the direct access to the huge, elevated veranda/terrace which mentioned before, is offered for refreshment, relax, company, even soft sports!
