Villa Anastasio Paros

At this aim helps its location, as it lays about 1.5 km approximately from the center of Alyki, a wonderful, calm picturesque village, in the south of Paros, in the midst of the way to Voutakos (Ligouni region).

It offers marvelous view to the sea, Alyki village and Makria Myti, and if balconies off the upper floor are concerned, even to Antiparos!

It ’s concurrently faraway from the hotspots of the island, so that the so valuable and longed for serenity and calm are provided 9in combination with the warmness and inherent hospitality of the owners), yet so near them, when someone prefers to enjoy the tense tourist flows and the distinctive “colour” of the island.

Specifically it stands directly from the sea in a distance of about 1100 m from Alyki ’s Agios Nikolaos beach (this distance is also ideal for a small walk back and forth to the sea for whom is interested, where there is also a complex of athletic fields for football, basketball, tennis and a nice playground – the meeting point for the youths of the area), about 4 km from the famous Farangas beach, 5 km from the airport, 11 km from wonderful Paroikia (and the central port) and 22 km from the world famous Naoussa of Paros.

It is also about 6 km and about 10’ (minutes) driving from Pounta’ s port which ferry is the link to incomparable Antiparos (journey ’s length about 5’) and offers also a multitude of possibilities for sea sports (wind surfing, kite, scuba diving etc.) in the well known “channel” of Paros – Antiparos islands.

It is located within a private area of about 9500 m2 and it “lays” upon a spacious, elevated veranda/terrace of about 350 m2 which is ideal for calm and relaxation!

Villa itself consists of one independent, spacious residence of 120 m2 in the first level (ground floor) consisted of spacious, luminous living – room which communicates with a comfortable  (and fully equipped) kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC, and accommodates comfortably 4 – and by agreement – up to six persons.

Villa ANASTASIO is a just renovated villa with solicitude, with refined and unique furniture which pursues to afford a calming experience for the escape of your vacation!

From its large bright windows you can access view to all directions, nor the view through the windows seems like paintings, ready to embrace and inspire you, if you own the so called “artistic flair”! And, of course, the direct access to the huge, elevated veranda/terrace which mentioned before, is offered for refreshment, relax, company, even soft sports!

At the upper second level (1^st floor) with access from external staircase, there are two smaller apartments/studios, one two room with two bedrooms, living – room/kitchen and bathroom, 46 m2 surface which accommodates up to 4 persons and one one room of about 38 m2 surface with one bedroom, living – room/kitchen and bathroom, ideal for two people.

The first one has access to three wonderful balconies with view towards north, west and south, and especially the one towards west offers incredible view to astonishing sunsets, seeing Antiparos ant the Paros – Antiparos “channel”!

For the more “initiated” it is splendid to observe and enjoy wandering (even no, just relaxing!…) the starry night, especially when accompanied with moonlight or – even better – full moon! (special note is to be made on Cassiopeia constellation which is visible from rise to fall in the sweet darkness of the night and of which our logo is also inspired!)

The other (second) one has access to the shared corridor/balcony/platform of the two floor studios and in another one spacious balcony with view towards Alyki, it ‘s beaches and cove southeast!
